"A Terrible Experience I had an incredibly disappointing stay at Harness Resort, which I booked through Expedia for two nights in their top-tier Deluxe Suite. From the moment we arrived, the service was terrible. The resort staff didn’t even know we had booked the Deluxe Suite. The manager had to make a call to confirm our reservation instead of welcoming us properly. "We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms are very clean, the views from the rooftop are beautiful (unfortunately a new hotel has blocked 90% of their lake view, but the city and surrounding hills are still very pretty) and the breakfast & milk coffee were delicious. Convenient laundry service available. In a great area - close to the action but off the main street so it’s quieter. It is a fantastic hotel for its very reasonable price point."
