"This is the best stay I've had a hotel! It was a well designed with an awesome beachy aesthetic and all the amenities were giving HB vibes. I loved that they had beach cruisers, beach towels, beach umbrellas, beach toys, and kids scooters available. They also had smores plates for pick up between 5-10 to take out to the fire pits! "Stayed for a week. Didn’t have room service till the last day. Staff said that I needed to have requested housekeeping, but never verbally told me at check-in that I was to request housekeeping in order to have my room cleaned.
Also found myself running down to the office every day after returning to my room and finding out that the key didn’t work. Sometimes several times a day! Quite an inconvenience, only to be gaslit by the staff!!
