"We had a really nice stay. The staff were nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Loved how our room was close to the pool easy access. Other customers were so nice that stayed next door to us. They did not mind my crying baby at all. Check in and checking out was so quick. Also we were so close to downtown the main attractions. You could walk there. Plus they had a beach close by you can take your familes too. We would stay here again. "

"The food and drink service at the pool was top notch. It would be cool if you could order a few more food items on the limited poolside menu. Although, when we asked if the server could get us something off the main menu, he happily said he’d make it happen. The property was in great shape. The hotel was full, so at times it was a little challenging getting a beach chair or pool chair. There was no policing / monitoring by the hotel, so many people would claim the chairs by leaving their belongings there and then they’d disappear the entire day. Or they’d have a large group of chairs taken by the beach and then another large group taken by the pool, making it difficult to get a spot. Overall we had an awesome time though. The excellent service and quality has made this our go to destination for future trips to Osoyoos. "

"I absolutely loved this hotel. Comfortable rooms, a private beach, an indoor pool/hot tub, gym facilities, multiple restaurants on site, room service, a small gift shop in the lobby, plenty of parking, very accessible for wheelchairs, walkers, strollers, etc and pet friendly! The price was also shockingly reasonable and the staff were friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back. "

"This hotel has a lovely continental breakfast with outdoor pool and hot tub. Its easy to find and has many amenities within walking distance. In addition, there is a BBQ and patio tables/chairs poolside if you are wanting to prepare your own meals. (There's also a fridge and microwave in the room for any leftovers)! You will not be disappointed choosing this hotel for your upcoming summer vacation! "
