"While the room was clean and the decor was very nice, our first floor room faced a busy intersection that handled big trucks and regular traffic. We wouldn't have noticed the noise but for the fact that it was very hot and the air conditioning didn't work. They kindly brought up a fan to circulate the air and cool things, but we had to sleep with windows open. Breakfast was good but we were too tired to appreciate it. We didn't use the spa."

"L’endroit est magnifique, terrasse pour les repas, belle salle à manger a l’intérieur.
Seul point difficile dans cette canicule pas de climatisation, mais il y a une ventilateur dans la chambre."

"Hotel facilities including rooms and breakfast were top-notch. However, like many people in France, staff were not that helpful - they didn't mention that buses in Compeigne are free, and were not helpful when asked about nearby restaurants."
