"This hotel is top notch and beautiful. The room we were in, "VENEZIA" was gorgeous and spacious. My family truly enjoyed it. At all moments of the day and night, there is a friendly staffer ready and willing to help in any way necessary. The location is excellent... just a short walk to the main avenue that heads down to the Zocalo. The hotel also hands out a list of recommended restaurants. "This hotel was a hidden gem, on a beautiful stretch of sand and amazing architectural design. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the bungalows were perfectly fitted out. "This property was so beautiful with courtyard gardens and cafe, terraza and roof top Jacuzzi with panoramic views! It made the longer walk from the bus station worth it! It was only 10 minutes from the Zocolo in Centre and close to several nearby parks and churches and cafes and restaurants. I would highly recommend. The view alone is spectacular and not to be missed!"

"The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Yes, the hotel is older and rustic just as the pictures show but it’s got so much character. Lots of critters too, squirrels, anoles, geckos and iguanas. The pool is warm as well. Bathrooms have nice pressure and hot water. Wifi is weak but better by the pool. A/C is the best! Good to know. Tacos and a bank on the corner, Oxxo up the stairs for morning coffee. Little stores all around and the playa principal is just a calm 10 minutes away. Good...
