"Location: I like the location on top of the hill and to be able to see the whole town was breath taking. Room: Suggest if possible to have an option of a heater for warm in the rooms as it was very cold at night when sleeping. Staff: On staff uniform, have some colors from current all black. Overall was a beautiful place, well designed and will sure recommend to friends."

"The guest arrived at the hotel and was informed that they did not have the reservation and they were already sold out.
