"Great staff: always available and happy to help when needed. AC was leaking and within 10 minutes it was repaired. A tile from the pool was loose and within 10 minutes a member of the staff came and repaired it. My daughter was sick and the staff immediately offered to help with the doctor and the location of the nearest pharmacie. The villa is a bit old (18 yrs) and you can see that by the state of some details in the house. For example the hot water wasn’t running in one room, you had to wait...

"4泊しましたが、普段はプライベートな時間と空間を維持してくれつつ、要望に対しては気持ちよく対応してくれるところが素晴らしかったです。ベッドメイキングも朝食中に完璧に済んでおり、スタッフと鉢合わせることもありません。朝食も朝7時から夜23時まで、好きな時間に食べられたので、早朝に出掛けて、ホテルに戻ってゆっくりブランチすることができて最高でした。メニューは海老粥が素晴らしい！作り方を教わりたかった。毎日食べておかわりもしました。ベッドルーム以外全てが屋外のため、自然を求める人に向いています。植栽も豊富で手入れが行き届いています。プライベートプールは、写真で見たサイズより大きいヴィラで、ホテルで過ごす時間が最高だった。ウブド市街地への送迎は、固定の場所ではなく好きな場所に送ってくれます。 17時までと、ラストが早いですが、帰りはgrabを呼べば80Kルピアですみます。素晴らしい4日間をありがとう！ "

"This was my fourth stay, possibly more, i keep coming back as it is safe, clean, very good value for money, staff are super friendly, the villas are perfect for my needs, private, own pool, very clean and well maintained. The gardens and pool is attended to daily. Everything is just perfect. Location is excellent, strip of restaurants, bars and shops nearby but not so close that you can hear them. "
