"I stayed at Ryder’s during my long layover, and it was superb! Super convenient location, just a short walk across the street from the airport, very modern, clean, quiet hotel, proximity to runways did not bother me at all, I did not hear a thing! Self checkin was a breeze. I would definitely stay there again!"

Location was good as tram is located on behind Street. Hotel Itself is well located to go around Buffet breakfast was quite limited in choices, good enuf for most appetite. Had Western dinner with taste as acceptable. Overall happy with the stay "

"We were really blown away when we arrived at this hotel after an 11 hour flight. Bellhops and check in staff all in pristine uniforms. It seemed like every guest was dressed in pressed business clothes. Ferraris and BMWs out front. Very fancy. We were in rumpled travel clothes. I don’t even think I had packed clothes for anything other than hiking or the beach. I felt so out of place, but every single employee made us feel like VIPs. "This hotel is in an old converted warehouse, and it is a boutique hotel for a unique stay. The staff was so friendly, and the rooms were very nice: clean, comfortable and included a mini-bar stocked as part of the room price. A few people may be put off by the restaurant which is vegetarian for the breakfast buffet and vegan for dinner. However, there are other dining options very close by on the Woolloomooloo Wharf. "

"The hotel is in a great location. The rooms were really nice. The staff was great. There was construction in the lobby that was affecting being able to enjoy the lobby. I was charged for a full breakfast when the breakfast was not being offered to its fullest capacity due to construction. It made me feel like customer service was lacking and I never sought breakfast at the hotel again. Other than the construction issues and mediocre service during that time the hotel is lovely. "
