"To start as we arrived in Mexico City I never received the checking information. Calling customer service was the worst, i finally got some one to answer all to be a person in Peru. The checkin instructions are not clear. Checking is on the 2nd floor.

"Es un sitio lindo, rústico, el camino para llegar está un poco complicado y hay que pasar 19 entre topes y vados reductores de velocidad pero en general se llega bien con la ubicación.

"Booked a room with bathroom, the entire place smelled of sewage —- was hard to sleep as a result. Smell gets worse if you use the tub. Down several steep staircases, and freezing cold at night: not recommended! No extractor fans to remove the smell."
