Room was clean Points to improve would be - hot water. Hot water was available but mostly it was warm to regular only. "We had a lovely stay at Apartment Dat Exx on the Marjanishvili. The location is excellent — right in the heart of New Tbilisi, surrounded by shops, supermarkets, and all essential services. A perfect stay

"We stayed at mountain view room, the view is exceptional. The receptionists were friendly, explained in detail. The room is clean, comfortable, but No TV. The room price considered high compare nearby property. Just the view is nice."
