"The Avala location was perfect! Beach, stunning pool and right next to old city. The hotel facilities were great and rooms had amazing views of the sea and old city. The Staff were exceptional! The Conceirge took care of car service, restaurant reservations and wonderful beach recommendations, he was terrific and made the stay perfect. The beach waiter service and spa staff were also very pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend the Avala and would definitely stay here again!"

"Stay away. The hotel’s public areas, beach and pools are nice, but the rooms and service are nowhere near 5-star standard.
