"Sanierungsbedürftig. WC defekt (Brille gebrochen), Duschkopfhalterung gebrochen. Der an der Wand befestigte Tisch war schief und kurz vorm abbrechen. Spinnweben und Spinnen im Zimmer. Matratze war gut."

"I have deliberately given this accommodation 4 stars as even though it was very comfortable and the staff were very helpful, they skimped on things that was not necessary. I feel they relied on the beauty of the actual building and not worried about the rooms. The bit that really got under my skin was having a body, hair & conditioner all in 1 bottle. This is just lazy and totally unnecessary. This has brought down the star rating for me."

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Prestige Hotel in Budapest mid June 2026. When we arrived the hotel reception area was spotless and the staff made us very welcome and were extremely helpful at all times throughout our stay.
