"This was a spectacular hotel! It’s in a great location in the city. The room was very nice and the bed was so comfortable. All of the staff were friendly and professional but extra kudos to Billy at the front desk. She was so helpful in every way and made our trip better.
Thank you everyone!"

"Very well located stay, in the middle of the nature and relatively close to the main attractions in Terelj.
Although the room was nice, the cleaning could be improved, in a lot of manners. In a country like Mongolia, where the tourism is rapidly increasing, attention to detail will also be important, and communication with the client will make a lot of difference."

"Very helpfull staff, very honest, very clean.
The only reason I didn't put a 5 star is the emplacement. It seems a lot closer on the map to the airport than it actually is... and it's very hard to get there from the city center. You kind of have to take a taxi from the city to get here AND another taxi to get to the airport. And since you are far from both destinations, it's expensive.
The upside is that once there, you wont get caught in the city traffic trying to get to the airport."

"Interstate to be turned away at the door. After some pretty serious 4x4’ing to find the place, we showed our reservation# and booking details, but were told facility was closed for the season. I’ve joyfully used Hotels.com for many years and, and will continue to do so, but this is my first sub-optimal experience. Quite surprised after all the effort to get there, and booking, to be told no. Unfortunate "

"I am at the owners upon check-in. Originally, I was the only person in the entire hostel. The owner check that I was comfortable and was very sweet. Even when I was leaving, she was checking if I needed help and was checking that I ate something. The owners clearly take pride and taking care of their property. I don’t normally love staying in hostels, I have had too many experiences where they are not clean, etc. The sheets and bedding were fresh and comfortable, which I really appreciated and...
