"We will definitely choose this hotel again. The hotel is clean and our room was well designed with plenty of storage and lots of windows. The small gym seems to be nicely equipped compared to other hotels I have been to. The location of this hotel is excellent, with many restaurants and shops nearby. I felt completely safe wandering the neighborhood and walking to the Mercado Central, Parque Municipal and the Praça da Liberdade - all 30 minutes or less. The omelettes at the pleasant breakfast...

"This hotel is ok. I’d say it’s a three-star at best. Our room had visible water damage on the wall near one of the windows where the plaster was actually crumbling. They never should be having guests in such a room. The breakfast was ok, but nothing special. The staff were polite but not overly friendly. The bathroom was ABSURDLY small. A cozinha oferecia serviço precário para outras refeições; recebemos informações desencontradas sobre preços de diárias de estacionamento (e nos cobraram os preços mais altos); um dos manobristas se mostrou indisposto a buscar o carro num dia de grande movimento no entorno; e não gostamos da recomendação de deixar as toalhas no chão para que fossem trocadas na limpeza."
