Cari Hotel di Métropole Rouen Normandie

"Great staff, room with a view."

"The property has an excellent location in the old city close to the cathedral (expect some bells!). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our only crticism is that Expedia described the hotel as having "laundry facilities". If you screen for "washer and dryer", Expedia gives a positive result for the hotel. When we enquired, we were told that the hotel has a laundry service (several Euros for each item) but no washer and dryer for guest use. We were directed to a nearby laundromat. ...

"The staff is always smiling and very kind and helpful"

"Great location with convenient parking. Just off the main tourist drag so very quiet. Next door is the Opera."

"Qualité de l'accueil particulièrement du Directeur Établissement récent mixte avec une résidence senior Silence dans les chambres Situation sur rive gauche desserte en bus avec arrêt proche pour le centre ville Supérette à immédiate proximité Équipement cuisine limité mais toutefois suffisant Le parking ( commun avec d'autres immeubles ) ainsi que les alentours du bâtiment mériteraient un peu d'attention au niveau de l'entretient"

"The hotel is in the less historic part of town on the other side of the River Sienne, not very pretty and quite commercial, lots of fast food outlets and a thriving African community, some lively bars and pubs playing some great Afrobeat. The hotel looks over a huge shopping centre, however it’s also next to a large and very beautiful cathedral on the square, ask for a room on the top floor with a view of the church, spectacular as the sun was setting. The hotel is pretty basic but it is what it...

"Took us 3 times to find parking but it was very spacious once we found it! Staff were very helpful. Would be great of there was a toaster and a washing machine would be better than the full size dishwasher but other than that location was great. Would stay again."

"Wonderful location next to the cathedral. Beautiful hotel and spotless rooms. Great host."

"Hotel with a lot of character but with modern facilities. Very spacious and comfortable room. Very close to the station and easy to walk to main areas of Rouen. Very friendly and helpful staff."

"An excellent choice. Drawn to it by the availability of Tesla charging onsite, the hotel proved to be just what we needed before continuing our journey back to the UK. Hotel had everything we needed and more, was quick and easy to check in, had a very good restaurant onsite with cheerful and helpful staff. Place is very, very quiet and has plenty of parking. We'll definitely be staying again."

"Good location, close walk to everything. The parking was great as well, under 10 euros a night. Staff were good. Room was clean. The hall smelled terrible but the room didn't. My air conditioner didn't seem to work very well. This time of the year it is alright but if it was summer the room would have been way too hot."
