"Visited with friends last week, lovely hotel with chatacter. We received a friendly welcome from reception staff. Rooms were bigger than expected, clean, smart and the little balcony made the room light & airy, a pleasant surprise. Kettle & hairdryer in rooms. Lift was small (max 4 persons) but in full working order. "Hotel is ideally located for flights out of Nice airport. It is a easy walk across the street. The staff was very helpful. They held a airport package cart overnight for us for our early morning flight."

"Hotel very well located, close to everything. Excellent breakfast at a good price. However, the bathroom maintenance left much to be desired. There was practically no water pressure, and we had to ask an electrician to fix the light switch, which was broken. The walls are so thin you can hear all the neighbors. Also, be aware that dogs are allowed, so there is dog noise at all hours of the day and night."
