"The property is dated. There are not enough outlets in the room to charge a couple of phones and tablets. Walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors. There are many, many stairs and steps, so if you have mobility issues, be aware. Do not eat in the restaurant. It is horrible. However, the view is spectacular, the pool is huge and the staff is friendly. Breakfast is okay so long as you stay away from the very cold scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon."

"I highly recommend NH Collection in Taormina! Not only is it situated perfectly for touring the town by Foot. We had the best time walking the narrow streets with so many high-end stores and happy people. But… The highlight had to be the people that took care of us at this amazing hotel. Sarah at the front desk met all our expectations and beyond Carissa and Monica were always available. One more really special person I I have to mention… Angelo, who was always there, asking what he could do to...
