"The Location is Beautiful! The houses themselves are okay! The upper levels need an upgrade, since they have old carpets etc. They were ok clean! The food in the restaurant was great! Staff is nice! "

"We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. It was as romantic as we wished for to our anniversary celebration. It is nice and quiete. Nice rooms, very good breakfast buffet, and super good restaurant. Nice service, and i was positiv surprised about the observant and smiling staff that always had a nice word to you . We can highly reccomend the hotel."

"We have stayed a couple of days but did not eat breakfast or dinner at the hotel. We did rent however bikes (very easy!!!). Very friendly service and good place to be. We did enjoy the stay very much and would come back for sure. "

"Der Biergarten bzw. Frühstücksbereich liegt schön am See und die Matratzen waren gut. Ich war während einer sehr heißen Temperaturperiode in diesem Hotel, und als ich die Tür zu meinem Einzelzimmer (unter dem Dach) öffnete, stand ich sozusagen im offenen Badezimmer. Keine Milchglasscheibe o.ä. war davor verbaut. Bis auf eine kleine Schublade unter dem Waschtisch gibt es auch nur offene Regale. "overall its a great resort, but nothing like the Robinson clubs we have experienced in in other counries. Staff often tried, but were a bit unprofessional/not well trained and not very kind especially at the buffett. Simple things like a bottle of water at the kids table seemed too much. Plastic silver wear for kids were almost all broken. Dinner times fpr adults are with 19:30 just extremely late. When you are with kids you are pretty much forced to eat the kids dinner time eating nudels,...

Bierdeckel lagen rum, Fussboden nicht sauber lauter krümmel. Bad ohne Seife fürs händewasche. Keine Verdunklungs Vorhänge bzw Jalousien. "Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig direkt an einem Feld gelegen und gegenüber befindet sich gleich der Nationalpark Müritz, das war sehr schön. In die Stadt benötigt man zu Fuß eine halbe Stunde. Die Zimmereinrichtung vom Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Im Badezimmer sitzt man mit seinen Beinen direkt in der Dusche und die Duschtür hat nicht die richtigen Maße und lässt sich dadurch nicht auf Anhieb schließen. 2 Euro Parkgebühr pro Nacht für die zu kleinen Stellplätze auf dem Hof sind...
