Cari Hotel di Marrakech

"I absolutely loved the location of the hotel. It was right in the heart of the markets and conveniently located near one of the palaces, which made exploring the area very easy. Unfortunately, the room and the way the hotel handled the issues really impacted my stay. The first room I was given had a horrible sewage odor coming from the bathroom. The front desk contacted maintenance, and I was told the issue had been fixed, but the smell was still there. They eventually moved me to another room...

"One of the great hotels in the world"

"The best hotel in the world. I’ve stayed many a place on the top 50 hotels but this one is the best by far that I have experienced. I’ve never experienced better service, care, and attention to detail. The architecture was a true work of art. The cuisine superb, ambiance 10/10."

"Wonderful ‼️"

"When we arrived it was kind of early for checking but our room was ready. Our sink was clogged and smelled really bad but they came really quickly and fixed the problem."

"Terrible service, especially from the hotel restaurant and reception staff. For two days, our room key card did not work. We had to go to reception 5–6 times a day, and every single time we had to wait for a member of staff to come and open our room for us. The staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of actually resolving the problem, they kept giving us new key cards, which failed every single time. The room was also not clean. I am attaching photos of a cockroach that was walking...

"Absolutely perfect, the staff was the best; the hotel is beautiful. Best trip"

"Excellent location near main square. Very helpful and pleasant staff. A beautiful and clean building"

"I stayed at Iberostar Waves for 7 days, and overall, it was a very mixed experience. The biggest issue was the bathroom cleanliness. It was filthy, with many stains on the tiles, and the toilet flush was extremely weak. It couldn’t properly flush a reasonable amount of toilet paper, so we had to use the lobby washroom. The AC was also disappointing, as it never cooled the room properly. The food had good variety each day, but it was often cold unless you arrived right when the buffet opened....

"A charming, comfortable Riad in the heart of Marrakech, perfectly located for exploring the city on foot. The exceptionally kind staff made my stay memorable, and dinner there on my first evening was one of the best meals of my trip. The Riad also arranged a day trip to Imlil, the highlight of my visit. My guide, Hassn, was kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. Visiting his Berber family home, meeting his daughters, and enjoying a delicious homemade lunch made the excursion truly special. I...

"The staff is outstanding and the accommodation is clean. We enjoyed our stay a lot! Please note that the swimming pool is just for refreshment and not deep enough to swim."

"Magnifique hôtel dans un quartier moderne."

"Great location great staff special Jamal the concierge, nice rooftop great ambiance"

"Incredible friendly staff, restaurants were excellent the food for lunch and dinner was amazing. However I was not happy with the breakfast"

"Hôtel propre, nourriture variée et bonne. Attention aux détecteurs de fumée dans les chambres proches de la salle de bain qui peuvent se déclencher avec la vapeur. Dommage que dès le Check out, les bracelets sont coupés sans même demander aux clients s’ils ont leur vol dans l’immédiat ou pas. Dans d’autres hôtels all in, ils en tiennent compte!"
