"Build and rooms looked old and tired. Bathroom had mould everywhere. Carpets need to be replaced. One lift was not working on the day of departure, staff seemed unaware and had taken not action to get fixed. Reception staff were slow. Requested an early check in prior to arrival (1pm instead of 3pm) that was unable to be catered for. Overall a disappointing staying considering the cost."

"Just like brand new, everything feels modern. Rooms were clean, spacious and quiet. Building is connected to a shopping complex with supermarkets and food outlets, very accessible and convenient. "Parking was ok driveway a bit narrow. Need a hairdryer in room bowl for cereal teaspoons to stir cup of tea. The gentleman that booked me in was very helpful and have me directions to closes shops. Room was clean and alright for my overnight stay"

"The checking in process was so easy. The staff was very helpful and lovely. This hotel even allowed me to leave my baggages overnight after i checked out since i have another trip to Uluru before coming back again to Sydney. The room is comfy. Hotel location is rather strategic as it is near the main attraction. Overall is superb!!!"
