Special shout-out to Divine for the kind, friendly, thoughtful service. Her service was above and beyond and done with a such big smile. She definitely embodies the spirit of the kind of high standards expected from this hotel chain. You are awesome!!! Thank you also to Komal at the front desk for your understanding and service.
