"We didn't get the room we ordered (and paid for). The unfortunately very meager confirmation from Expedia, which did not list the room type, was not helpful either. There was a hole where the minibar with refrigerator was supposed to be. Hot water only came when asked one day and not at all the next. Since there were very few guests in the hotel, there was no breakfast buffet. That's ok, but the menu offering was very meager. "Very nice place. Great space and pool. Really enjoyed the evenings by the poolside when we got back from our day. All of the staff were great, friendly, and professional. The only set back I had is when I got stuck in the elevator for a while until they found the right key. Other than that, I would stay again. "

"This resort was an oasis. The facility was immaculate and the staff were attentive and professional. The pool was at a perfect temperature. Their on-site dining was delicious; we recommend trying the Nepalese specials like Mustang Aloo. We arranged a tour to Lumbrini to visit the temples and it was a 40 minute drive with a very helpful guide. "

"Very friendly staff and food was excellent. Rooms are jumbo sized with king beds chairs and large mirrors . Easy location for foreign visitors and the town is very neat and clean I highly recommend this property to all tourists ."

"Hôtel complètement au sommet de la ville et loin de tout. Il a fallu s'obstiner pour obtenir la chambre de catégorie équivalente à celle réservée. Jamais d'eau chaude , tout au plus pas glaciale. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas le soir. Peinture à refaire à la grandeur de l'hôtel . Matelas extrêmement durs. En résumé , essayez donc ailleurs pour le même prix. "
