"Beautiful converted hotel constructed in the 1700’s. Modern amenities. Like an elevator. Room had spa batch and separate shower. Breakfast had sweets and fresh fruits along with cheeses and assorted meats. No eggs. Room was comfortable. Most important is its location in the middle of Centro storico. Parking was a few steps away. "

"We loved Santori N15. Excellent location easily walkable with rolling cases from the station. Beautiful inside - just stunning. We had the Puccini room and very grand it was too. Caterina could not have been more helpful, sorting luggage, breakfast in our room and restaurant bookings. This is such a lovely place to stay and close to all the main attractions! Tourist information in the square near the station hires electric scooters to whizz around the city walls!

"The hotel is very well situated in the walled city of Lucca. Everything nearby is walkable from the hotel with tons of food/bars and even the train station, where trains will take you to Florence and many other destinations.
The staff at the hotel will always welcome with a smile and ask about your day! Those that don't speak English, are quick to utilize a translating app on their phones to maintain communication. Excellent experience and will return for a second vacation!"

"I love this hotel so much it was my second visit. I describe it as wholesome. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the location is superb for train station (2mins), city wallls (5 mins) and parkrun start line (5 min walk) Lucca is special and well worth a visit. I will certainly be back next next to stay and this lovely little hotel but please don’t forget the 3 mins plug adapter for Italy and not a standard EU plug."
