"I came down for work and this location was perfect distance to where I was working. Room was cozy and clean and had the basics i needed but was very warm. Parking was perfect, no issues parking. Staff were friendly and welcoming. However breakfast was a little disappointing. I had to pre order on arrival with no change for the 3 days I was there, however the food was excellent and hot. I would recommend for a short stay with a budget in mind like myself ."

"Terrible customer service skills. This room was booked in error- i booked it for May accidently and should have been June. No customer service skills to return my message or help me make the amends i needed, i have ended up out of pocket instead. I just think a bit of kindness goes a long way and you went out of your way to be unhelpful which is such a shame. I still have to book rooms for June and i will be looking for another hotel because you really disappointed me with your lack of help."

"Gary on Reception was friendly & helpful on arrival - the perfect start. I knew there was food 24 hrs available, according to the in-room menu. Sadly, at 11pm, after a theatre trip, I was told the kitchen was closed all that was available was crisps from the bar or I could leave the hotel & order some take away!!!! As a lone female, for me to go back outside, into a dark evening, was a ridiculous suggestion to make. I went to bed, having nothing to eat. Either offer 24 hrs food service & provide it or remove that promifrom your menu."

"Lovely hotel, staff were super welcoming. We had to stay at the hotel for over 3 weeks and in between extending our stay due to home renovations. Nonetheless, staff went above and beyond with ensuring we were looked after during this tough time for us. We became well known with the hotel staff, to the point they memorised our breakfast orders."

"This place isn't for everybody, but I love it. It's just enough for me as a solo traveler and I enjoy the neighborhood. The staff has always been very helpful and accomodating, the rooms cleaned daily. No problems once you get the lay of the land, but cant recommend for the unadventurous or those with rarefied expectations. The price is right and it works for people that appreciate an experience at a good price."

Holiday Inn Express London - Park Royal by IHG

10/10 Excellent

"Our stay was excellent. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The room was spotless and very comfy. We booked last minute due to being let down elsewhere and it was lovely to walk into this hotel and relax. The breakfast was very good and very welcomed. It was very quiet and we slept well."
