"We didn’t stay - after a 350 mile drive we arrived to find it very firmly closed.
Ironic you send this questionnaire after your reservations person (based, unhelpful,y, in Arizona) spent over an hour and a half on the day getting us alternative accommodation."

"We really enjoyed staying at The Duke Williams. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, the included breakfast was delightful (really loved the blueberry pancakes!), and we loved how close it was to the Cathedral and castle. We also appreciated the sound-proofing of the room and the natural light through the windows. The only thing that was tough for us was the mattress. "Room was clean and equipped with tea and coffee station, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Bed was very comfy!
The mini bar down near reception was lovely to relax in and have a drink (reasonably priced too).
Staff were friendly and approachable.
