Too loud in the morning -we were right next to reception and the music playing in the morning at 7:30 am was unnecessary. Nous nous sommes donc retrouvés sans hébergement nous et nos enfants (7 et 9 ans), sans support (pas de réponse Expédia à 19h heure México / 2h Paris) et avons donc eu droit à de bonnes heures de stress et de galère. "Amazing position, quiet and beautifully views. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean but run down, tiles missing, tap not working( but two sinks so not a problem) rusting around the units. Also could have done with a few more hooks to hang towels. Pools were well maintained and the breakfast was delicious. We throughly enjoyed our stay, meeting all the wildlife ! Note the hotel is walking distance from the town but it’s hot and walking for 20 minutes it’s hard work so expect to...
