"The concierge and staff were friendly. They helped us book a taxi service to get to places. We could easily rent bikes to go to the night market or other areas in town. Would recommend this place! Rooms were nice and clean. One issue though, our shower drain took long to drain so there is a tendency to flood. I hope this is only an issue for our room. (A03) Breakfast selection was great too!"

"Staying here was magical. It was beyond what we’ve expect both in hotel and service. Every staff members went past and beyond to provide us with a comfortable stay. The hotel is also located at perfect walking distance from everything. We didn’t have to walk far to experience the magic of Luang Prabang. I highly recommend this hotel and this city.
