"Overall good hotel. Location is good being close to the motorways. Hotel was clean and breakfast is good. Booked a superior room, didn't love that it looked onto the event loading area at the back, so would check location of room next time.
On the negative side, guest Wi-Fi doesn't work in the rooms, but they did give us an alternative Wi-Fi to use once we highlighted this. Staff are nice but service could be elevated in line with a...

"Having the use of the pool was great for all of us, the children loved being able to use it when we arrived and in the morning before breakfast.
The breakfast was good and staff friendly, the room was looking a little tired but clean and the grounds very nice."

"the room was clean and tidy .. the only thing was the room was very much warm during night.. to be honest we were not able to sleep at night because of warm.. the bath tub was not able to use as it had a faulty notice on it…"
