"This hotel has it all! Friendly and helpful staff, restaurants, lounge, pool, pool bar, gym, souvenir shop, beauty salon and spa not to mention several restaurants within walking distance and the Metro Center across the street. The staff we encountered were all very friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff (Magdalena) was very attentive, she left me daily inspirational quotes, courtesy bottles of water and keep our room fresh. The hotel offers a family friendly pool area with updated furniture and fresh beach towels. I found the pool area very relaxing. The gym is in the same vicinity as the pool and always has the air conditioning going. There's a pool bar that offers decent drinks and drink specials. The room offered a comfy bed, safe, TV, and air conditioning. Special thank you to Carlos in reception for his attention to details after I told him I was visiting El Salvador for my honeymoon. Overall, my husband and I felt safe and at home during our stay."

"Hotel Barcelo is very good and very convenient access to many restaurants and the area , the staff very friendly and professional I want to thank Vilma, the lady who made me happy every time I returned and found the hotel room very clean and the bed impeccably beautiful."

"The location is great. Very close from the airport. My room was in front of the pool. It was a little noise. My room had two Queen beds. The room was kind a small. Parking is a little tight also. Overall for one night it was ok. The bed was ok too. I will suggest to put even a tiny table. My husband need to use his laptop. Then. A little table will be great. "

"The room above the restaurant was okay. The view impeccable, the tub extremely difficult to get in and out of. A safety hazard for older adults. A beautiful location, staff were wonderful. Difficult to locate pool as no signs were displayed. I enjoyed the stay. "

"I have stayed here before, and it has been reasonable for the price. This time, it was terrible. We were exhausted from traveling and just as we were about to sleep at 9 p.m., a DJ started up next door for some kind of party. It was so loud, with extreme bass, that everything in our room was shaking. I went to the desk and they said it was off the property and out of their control. Also that it would be going on until sunrise. They were not sympathetic and would not give a refund or offer any suggestions (different room, voucher for later, anything?) We checked out, left, and drove somewhere else to stay. We stopped at a gas station for coffee 4.5 km away and could still hear the DJ....it was that loud. I understand that it was a holiday and that there were parties going on in many places, but this level of noise should not be right next to hotels near an international airport. People are tired from traveling and want to rest. If there aren't regulations against this type and duration of noise, the hotel owners in this zone should get together and demand it. I will not stay here again and I will be very cautious about staying in any hotel in this zone if I need to rest."

"Very clean and professional staff"

"We stayed at las olas villas in December 2024 and was great. We decided to go back and stay there again last April , I understand the weather is different during winter , but the place was horrible , apparently the night before our check in rains a lot and was a flood, was all wet and the cabin wasn’t available , because the water it was inhabited so they offered a different one . We stayed 3 nights and they didn’t clean our place , no towels, the coffee machine wasn’t working, and smell so bad . I couldn’t find nothing to clean by myself. They never showed up to ask if we needed anything, hopefully they get better because the property has really good potential to became nice place since the beach is close , the food is really good too ."
