"5 stars is only thanks to the hotel manager Noorai who went above and beyond to recrify our issues in service from the hotel. When I say service I mean the restaurant, cleaners and room service. Absolutely appaling from them. But 5 stars thanks to Noorai and Sabira. The receptionist Sabira is worth a mention who also made our check in and check out process efficient and pleasant. Wouldn't say I would come again. But I may well do. So I would recommend the hotel for short stays. Families please...

"This is not a complaint about the hotel but about Hotels.com. I would highly recommend the hotel. The location is good, the room is clean and comfortable and the staff are great.
