"I'm not sure where to start. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The staff is attentive and accommodating when it came to any questions or requests I had. Take a whole day to enjoy the pool area and spa options! Complimentary breakfast had a nice variety which included some local and homemade options. There's an open air walkable market area adjacent to the hotel with many dining and shopping options. All in all a great stay!"

"L'hotel è molto vicino al centro e a tutto ciò che serve (negozi, ristoranti, caffetterie). Stanza comoda e climatizzata. Quel che rende diverso questo hotel è il fattore umano: il personale è sempre stato disponibile a venire incontro ad ogni richiesta, oltre che fornire consigli e indicazioni utili, oppure semplicemente fare quattro chiacchiere!!! 💖"

"This is really a gem in Prizren! We had a lovely room with a balcony with a beautiful view of the city. The location is just in the middle of the city centre. So lovely a place with very nice people. If we could have stayed more nights, we would have, and if we come back to Prizren, we will absolutely return to this hotel."
