"The battery in our rental car froze, so we couldn't get to the hotel. However, the owner of the inn contacted the rental car company and asked them to come and pick up the car, and then they came to pick us up at our location. The facilities were great, and the igloo room and sauna were perfect. The Wi-Fi was also good. They even lent us cold weather gear for free. It's a truly wonderful hotel."
