"Fantastic, well equipped spacious apartments with massive balconies and animation team that is fantastic with the kids. The pools and splash park are great and the small soft play area is a welcome addition to the facilities too.
Great location with a supermarket and lots of nice restaurants near by. There is also a large pedestrianised walkway down to the seafront which is super safe for the kids.
Only grip is that the house keeping is a bit hit and miss with atleast one scheduled clean...

"Hotel is rather 3 star than 5. The rooms and bathrooms aren’t clean … dirty towers and bedsheets arent changed as expected. Asked for a super king bed at the booking and later via the chat but instead we got two single… that weren’t too comfortable either. The staff was excellent and I would not say a bad word.. same as the ammenities at the site were really good. Really nice stay but would pick a different hotel next time."

"We would rate our stay at this hotel 4/5 stars overall. I want to preface this review by saying that some of the things I mention are definitely nitpicking, but that is largely because this is a five-star hotel. When you are paying for a five-star experience, you naturally expect the smaller details to be taken care of as well. None of the issues we experienced completely ruined our stay, and we genuinely enjoyed many things, but there were enough small disappointments that I think they are...
