"I found the accommodation overall lacking in customer service and amenities. There was constant noise from the tannoy system from the school next door all day from 8am to 7pm.
No lunch was offered, only room service at inflated prices. When I inquired about dinner, I was advised there was no food! My friend and I ended up at 7 11 for some dinner! Poor selection at breakfast, often frowned on for a second cup of coffee. Cold poached eggs were also served unless you specified you wanted hot...

"Very good place to stay. The only marks against it was when we got to the hotel they tried putting us in a room without a balcony, even though we had already paid for one, and tried charging us extra (it was worked out after I showed them the receipt). Also, we booked a massage in the spa and the staff were 10 minutes late and we had to remind them we were waiting."
