"First off they tried to tell me that my booking was not to be found but after showing him my phone and email confirmation and Hotels.com confirmation he grudged and showed us our room. Which was really not that clean. Cobwebs and spider sacks everywhere. The cost of a room to walk in and book would have been over 80usd but we paid 35( would have paid if it wasn't a redeemed free night) but for the cost asked of the room did not reflect on the hotel at all. "Hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and well appointed, and food at the restaurants, including breakfast, was excellent. Pool was good size and staff was very nice and accommodating. Most importantly, the concierge booked all of the tours and vehicles at short notice and was just really really nice and helpful. Everyone there was happy to have us and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. This was a trip we had wanted to take for years, the hotel made sure we only had great memories. "
