"Wir haben eine Nacht in der Unterkunft verbracht, um am nächsten Tag von dort in den KTP zu fahren. Die Grenze zu Südafrika ist nur 15 km entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Als Pärchen bekamen wir ein großzügiges Familienzimmer, welches sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet war. Das vorab gebuchte Dinner war das beste, was wir während unserer 16-tägigen Reise gegessen haben. "This is two large apartments (one on the top level, one on the bottom) - we stayed in the top floor. The apartment is very spacious - large kitchen, dining room, living room, terrace - and two bedrooms, each with several beds in case you have a large group (the bunk beds would be great for kids). "If you want a special African treat then Eagles Nest Chalets are for you. It is far away from anything with a stunning view. You are on your own with the quietness and solitude to admire nature and the view. No room service, just you and nature. A little fireplace if it’s cold. Another amazing are the stars and the Milky Way almost touchable. No light pollution. Mind blowing. "

Very enjoyable, and vegan options available!

"The structure is perfect, and people were lovely. Plenty of hiking trails available and some to do with mountain bike as well (available to rent at reception). The facilities were very good, very nice food at the restaurant with plenty of vegan options, which was a pleasant surprise! Only thing, the lack of electricity at the camping site (which is clearly stated, so we knew about it in advance). Otherwise I would have given 5 stars to everything!"
