"Room was not clean. It was not vacuumed. There was hair in the beds. Checked in very late I had already cleaned up the room to sanitize it. When I realize the beds were dirty, there was no one there to change the sheets so I had to get the sheets and change the beds to myself. Staff in the breakfast lounge was very nice and helpful other than that, the rest of the staff is just OK. The lady at the front desk was not very friendly. Best thing about the hotel was their coffee."

"This hotel is such a wonderful place to stay… the manager JC is very nice, all the staff including Victoria… we love going there.. and the food in the hotel restaurant is delicious. my husband and I will be back."

"Clean room. Front desk very friendly. Hot tub was being renovated. Tevin the bartender was very inattentive. Waited several minutes to even be greeted. Felt like he was ignoring me. Everyone had empty drinks as he flirted with the waitress. The other bartender (I don’t remember her name) was amazing- she even gave me a hug😄"
