Cari Hotel di Kaunti Stafford

"At first glance, the property was nice. When we arrived, it wasn’t clear that you had to pay for parking until checking in. We got to our room and the floor was 100% smoke free. However, our room was permeated with weed smell. So strong! Then, the bathroom had dirty towels in it, with one that was someone’s personal towel. Not sure I would stay again and it was already more expensive than some others."

"Nice stay"

"I couldn’t be more impressed with how nice the staff was. From the moment I arrived, it felt like I was being welcomed by family. Warm, considerate, kind and professional - I would go back in a heartbeat as long as the staff is the same. Thank you all for making a tough trip easier on me!"

"Very comfortable beds. Good location."

"Got t wake up at 3 am every night because the room next store was loud .. we told at the desk and him will not let they stay anther night out did !!!"

"Room was great with clean sheets and towels. Room service would be my only complaint since you need to request it daily before 8am. Didn’t find that out till my last day there. Also wish they offered a continental breakfast. That’s just me personal preference. Other than that, the place is awesome."

"I don't like the fact that the hotel promised free wifi and free breakfast before i booked then change what was promised"

"It’s outdated and not very clean. They don’t offer free WiFi unless you join the HH."

"Main issue was the lobby music stayed on all night. Until 11 it was loud enough that every word could be heard in the room. After 11 pm the staff turned it down but you could still hear the songs all night."

"I made the reservation while I was traveling and made the reservation for the wrong day when I get to the hotel they couldn't refund my money and I still need a refund so I had to rebook which I did and I stayed last night but I'm fighting to get my refund"

"Pool wasn’t very warm beds are shot you sink into them"

"The hotel was short staffed but we got all the kinks worked out it was ok"
