"Nice and quiet! The staff was helpful and polite! The room was clean and comfortable. The A/C was quiet and cool. There was plenty of hot water, no tub, great shower. Price was reasonable. Enjoyed the stay in St Augustine, FL."

"The hotel was very clean and close to restaurants and things to do. The pool was good. Staff was awesome. The only problem I have is with the parking situation because they have a third-party and you have to pay through an app that charges you fee to use the app so instead of being $22 a day they added a six dollar charge just to be able to use the app to pay and you can’t pay for parking at the front desk it was kind of annoying. Overall, we enjoyed our stay we did not partake of the breakfast...

"We got 3 rooms for 2 nights and 2 out of 3 rooms flooded. Nothing was done to remedy this . Our 80 year old parents almost fell when they woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom and the floor was completely flooded!! "

"My best friend and I went for 5 day 4 night stay. The room was nice and clean, the bed were more in the middle, we had booked a room with 2 gueen size beds. The breakfast was good,the best thing item was the waffles, i wish the breakfast didn't close at 9am. There is no safe in the room which we didn't like, and to get up to the room you have to scan your room card to get up to your floor. The pool looked nice, but only 5ft deep. The staff were all helpful when we asked. Overall a good...
