Cari Hotel di Kaunti Sacramento

"Clean room staff was nice area was in all good places"

"Front desk staff was very helpful. Allowed me to check in early so that I wouldn't have to do so after a late workshop. Thank you."

"My room had a weird smell and the shower was still dirty."

"Great staff and customer service at check in. Clean property and very comfortable."

"Location was perfect and the breakfast was nice and had a lot of options."

"Room was super outdated handicap room, tv didn’t work, room was very poorly adapted for a wheelchair with the old mounts left for higher lock and tile missing in bathroom shower . Bathroom fan was completely covered in dust, bathroom towel was dirty and there was no ice bag or shampoo in bathroom . The only plus to this hotel was the location but way too much money for the night I suggest you look elsewhere , rooms next to ours were half blocked off like maybe in the middle if a remodel ."

"Chose this property for it's proximity to calexpo. Room was clean. Complimentary breakfast was good."

"Room was not clean, I mostly noticed it in the bathroom. The staff when we checked in was not helpful in gov8ng direction to the room and the fact that you have to use the keys a certain way. I did not feel comfortable eating at the complimentary breakfast so we went to the IHOP next door which was great!"

"The person (woman) checking me in was wonderful! I needed to get into my room before 3:00 and she worked hard to get my room ready for me. Without her assistance, I would have not made it to my function at 3:00."

"Absolutely the worst place we have ever stayed! Ceiling falling down, drug transactions happening on the stairwell without a way down! Dirty unkept rooms. Ended up moving to another hotel no offer of refund! Called property multiple times to be told the person who can authorize refund is unavailable and still no return call! Went for business purpose had no idea what we were getting into until we arrived. We should have known when checking in and the man behind counter said no worries property...

"The room wasn’t fully cleaned when we arrived with crumbs on the floor and a lot of bugs and spiders around. The wifi, ac and mini fridge all worked and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom light switch being outside the bathroom is a bit odd but not that big of a deal. The grass being mowed early sunday morning wasn’t a particularly pleasant experiende as the sound traveled through. We also didnt receive any soap in our room for handwashing so we were forced to go and get our own. Overall...
