"Internet access provided by hotel is bad. Traveling for a business trip I had to spend at least half an hour contacting the help center to connect in my laptop. Also, the toilet dispenser is too close to the toilet bowl. You have to actually sit diagonal in order to be able to use the toilet."

"I am 84 years and my wife is 82. We were give a 1st floor apartment , There was s handicap ramp to the building units if needed. We did not need it,but it is better to have it and not need it , than to need it and do not have it. We ha d two bathrooms and a walkin shower.We had everything that we needed in the unit for our stay. We just had to buy groceries. It was just like being at home. the unit was clean and comfortable. The staff were focus to our needs. The stay was like a anniversary gift.......Thank you.,,,,warren and my wonderful wife"

"Great hotel and great staff.. our only real negative feedback is that the gym is middling at best if we are being charitable… and realistically disappointing relative to the hotel’s overall high price/high value positioning in the market. you all can do better!! equipment, lay-out etc etc sub-par. "Great place to stay with my kids for the weekend! Safe area, quiet, and nice amenities. There's mini golf, a heated outdoor pool that was actually warm and not far from Busch Gardens. Staff was very nice and helpful! Well definitely stay here again."
