"Lorenzo was amazing. He works the front desk and was extremely helpful and friendly. Traveling from out of town, he was able to points us in the direction of good places to eat. Text messages were received daily to ensure that all our needs were met. Definitely recommend!"

"Long story short… wouldn’t return due to safety concerns (see last paragraph), dirty jacuzzi, and breakfast quality.
We just stayed for a night so our daughter could swim. The pool was okay. A little busy but not terrible for a weekend. The hot tub was gross. So much chlorine we couldn’t even sit by it the first night. The next morning when we went first thing there was literally a film of nastiness on the top, floating hair, and a bandaid…
The staff were all friendly. The breakfast...

"The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I loved the walk-in shower. However, I would suggest adding something on the bottom of the shower as it was awfully slippery. The breakfast buffet was very good. It would have been better if it were open until after 10am. We missed out on the second day by 10 minutes."

"The olny negative thing i have to say is that it would have been nice if we could have gotten fresh towels brought to our room and the old ones removed atleast every other day other than that i have no complaints the room and hotel were very clean and the staff was really nice and welcoming "

"Only thing was the indoor pool was pretty cold.
I did ask to see if they could turn up the heat, however pool maintenance was not available till the following day.
Everything else was great!"
