"Homegate Inn is an older property and there is some noticeable wear and tear on the exterior. My room appears to have been updated recently with new bedding and furniture. Had a nice tv with tons of channels. Heat and air worked very well. Plenty of hot water. Room was very clean and comfortable. "This motel is on a side road by open fields next to the expressway. The parking lot is large and well lit at night. It felt like a reasonably safe place. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The room was clean but a little worse for wear in some ways. The bed was comfortable and the HVAC unit worked well. Breakfast was just coffee, cold cereal and milk. "
