"Room is in a fabulous location. Likely can’t ask for better. Perfect size for 2. Communication is great. Listing doesn’t mention NO AC. I don’t ever think to look for that. To me AC is assumed. Wrong. Luckily it wasn’t very hot. So we didn’t have any issues. There was an oscillating fan. Lastly. The shower head doesn’t tilt down so I had difficulty with it since I’m short. All that being said, I’d book them again if I needed this location."

"Issues included no AC, surprise flights of stairs, and the host's inability (unwillingness?) to provide solutions to problems.

"There was no parking available at the Kasa so I paid $70 for parking next to the building which expired at 2am .
I then was only able to add 2 more hours and finally at 4 am I was able to add 10 .
The fire alarm went off at 12 am so we had to evacuate.
When I asked what was going on with the virtual sight I was told I was making to much noise and would be kicked out.
Overall a terrible experience!!!!"
