"I am really trying to look for a positive, but I also want to be honest. The hotel is not clean or maintained but worse than that...the staff does not care. I can understand that you might be short staffed when it comes to housekeepers but there is no excuse that there are no wash clothes or hand towels at 11:00 am, especially when there are two capable front desk workers doing basically nothing...well they were chatting with another worker on end. Lots of no work happening! Could not quietly...

"Nicest hotel we've stayed at in a long time! We don't usually spend a ton on hotels - we are Microtel - Hampton Inn types. This Home2Suites in West Ashley (Charleston) was phenomenal. Everything was super clean and they had ALL the amenities you could wish for - pool, exercise room, amazing breakfast, all-day coffee. Did I mention CLEAN? My teenagers loved this place so much.
