"The hotel staff were friendly, informative and accommodating. The accommodation was clean and tidy, but we did have an issue with the window blinds, which did not close properly, some of the skirting boards were dusty, and the toilet brushes need to be replaced. The facilities and location were excellent. However, our meal at the Yatchmans Grill was disappointing."

The rooms are outdated, the food is mediocre and the restaurant's service is pretty bad. The lobby, the pools and the grounds are pretty and well maintain but that is all."

Honestly, the whole team there was absolutely fantastic – they couldn't have been more helpful or gone more out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. And let me tell you about the food... every single meal was a culinary dream, truly beyond delicious!"

Unfortunately only 1 expensive restaurant was open, but our room was spacious, the view was wonderful, and the front staff was some of the best we have come in contact with.
