"If you like hot water and full pressure, the shower is great! My room was small, but I was traveling solo so there was plenty of space. Space. They brought a fan up for me because as an American we need moving air in a room! Windows open nicely as well. They could use a few more pillows on the bed. The hotel is very convenient to the heart of Basel. If you're coming in from the train, jump on the 30 bus and get off at the very first stop. The hotel is directly across the street. You'll also receive a travel pass for public transportation through your booking."

"Not much variety for breakfast. Mostly bread and pastry. The property could use some updating, especially in the halls on each floor. Also, bench by the elevator and some foyer furniture was stained. The staff were absolutely amazing and the location was ideal for walking to and from Old Town. "

"LOVED our stay here. Great location - a little hidden away but still in the action. Great secure spot to store our bikes. Staff were amazing. Room was beyond our expectations. Great value and would love to return. Only downside - the bathroom really really needs a shower curtain. "
