"The view was amazing! The food at dinner & breakfast was excellent! The interior needs a refresh for most rooms & common areas, bathrooms were already upgraded & nice. The A/C hose disconnected from window attachment/duct tape & my husband had to fix it. Room was still too warm with A/C running. I think a better A/C system is needed. "I had to call reception an hour and a half after check in to find out where my luggage was? The room was so small with no ventilation or air conditioning so we had to open the windows even though there were stickers on them advising us not to, we know now why that is the case as we are covered in bites! I could not even have a drink of tea in my room or my wife coffee as I asked for milk to be placed in room but it seems room service is not available for my standard of room. The towels were only...

"My husband, 20 year old daughter and I were pleasantly surprised with these accommodations. When we opened the door to our room, the blast of cool air from the air conditioning was so welcome after having many days of sweltering hot and humid days without any AC. Then we turned the corner and our jaws dropped from the views from all windows. What a paradise!!!
