"Tami Lodge is unique and beautiful. The hotel and cafe staff are friendly and welcoming. We had the best time and even got to play bingo with some of the people who work at the hotel at the community celebration. We had a wonderful and the views are incredible! "

"A nice family resort. We enjoyed the grounds which include (are included) mini golf, two large family pools, a game room and walking paths! We also took advantage of going (with golf cart ride) to a free local beach very close. I also did a spa package which was nice, my only complaint was at the spa there was a family? I could hear kids yelling during my spa treatment, not super relaxing, and the downstairs floors were soaked from kids jumping in and out of hot tub/pool. Other than that we...

"We stayed with the magnificent trees of Costa Rica. Monkeys sometimes visited our patio with butterflies dancing below. The staff was warm, eager to make us feel welcome, prepared yummy local breakfast, and connected us to wonderful tours. It felt like we were in a living painting. Also got a free upgrade to room with a pool. On the other hand,food was mediocre and the walkways are slippery and felt less than safe in this hilly wet enviorment. "Overall this is a nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay, but it was definitely over priced for what it was (I do notice that it came down significantly in price since we booked, so maybe they realised that too!) On check in we were taken to a room that bore no resemblance to what we had booked and what was shown in the pictures and was definitely not worth £250 per night. "The view from our room was amazing, could not be beat. Bed was comfortable, bathroom had everything we needed. Pools were nice but could have been a touch warmer for our liking. Dinner, drinks and breakfast all very good but above all staff and service was exceptional. We look forward to staying there again."
