"The experience was wonderful. The shuttle driver was waiting at the designated area with a sign identified as Barcelo. Check-in was smooth, all staff interaction was courteous, room was very clean and the breakfast was more than I expected. It was well done. I will be back again."

"The staff at this property was very kind. This hotel was the first meal we had in Costa Rica and every meal after going around we’d find ourselves comparing it to the rice and beans from the breakfast option. Yummy options for breakfast. Nice pool area. Liked it so much we stayed twice. I will say the walls are thin and feel like you can hear everything. Also keep in mind no elevators. Other than that I’d stay here a third time! "

"Had a great stay here. Will return for another booking soon!! Staff was wonderful the room I had with a view was perfect. The only complaint I have is that one of the outlets under my desk wasn’t fully placed properly. You can see the a 3 inch gap in between th drywall. Also the toilet seat wasn’t placed properly it was off centered. Trust and believe I use toilet paper to protect against any kind of germs. Besides that it was a great stay. "

"Great room and great breakfast options. Beautiful space tucked in very close to the city mall, car rental places and the airport. We drove in for our flight the next day and it was perfect. Despite being right next to the airport it was very well insulated and we barely heard the planes take off. The beds were also comfortable and though we didn’t use it there was a nice pool area. One note: if you have a rental car, the parking lot is tucked away behind a gate off of a very busy street. The...
